Default LS1 into a V6 F body

aside from the engine, harness, computer, AC stuff, springs, what else is required to put an LS1 in a V6 98-02 F body?? for insurance reasons i am seriously considering this swap.

Is it going to be that much cheaper and labor effective than just buying a v-8 straight up?

depending on what kind of drop-out you get, you'll at least need the v8 Kmember, driveshaft, exhaust, and if youre putting a 6speed in an automatic car the pedals and hydraulics. im sure there is more...
