5.3 EVAP conversion
but the 5.3 - the solenoid is up on the motor. the car has it right on the charcoal canister.
so for those who have deleted the EVAP from the truck manifold - how did you do it? ideally i would like to find a vacuum fitting that could do in its place to run over to the canister mount evap solenoid.
and as an afterthought - what to use to plug the EGR hole in the intake?
In order to remote mount my solenoid I made an adapter for the intake. I used a 90 degree plastic 3/8" barbed fitting and a O ring to seal it. There are pics of it on here and my fquick account. If I get a chance later I`ll post a link.
I can`t really help on the EGR, I`m still running mine.
