Engine is completly stock, just removed vats and lowered fan start speed in the ecu, i havent drifted the car previously but ive driftet other nissans.

the car weighs 1230 kg with 20 liters of fuel, 58/42 weight distribution. I still have the battery in front, ill move it back later, but the car feels great to drift, besides ive got crap shocks springs and bushings, thats the next step now. The picture on the track is 4th gear btw.

The veilside kit we basically got given .

Ill try to take a few, it was hitting the frame, so i had to cut it where you see it is cut. And angle it, so the outlet is about 45 mm further in towards the block. hope the starter doesnt get to hot, but its still a bit away from it.

Give him a chance. Not everyone can do it all at once. He's already stated the kit was given to him.

Hersker, Thanks a lot for the info, especially on the clutch. I would like to know what you did for wiring?

My GTO LS1's wiring was wasted, along with the ECM. Wondering what I'd have to do to put a f-body or corvette harness and ECM on it.

I really like the Painless kit that Cnichols used, but thats $1300.

Got my headers, aluminum driveshaft, and universal mounts yesterday. Planning to start mounting it next week. I cant wait!

video: http://www.ndrifters.net/index.php?categoryid=9 <- click on the link and right click download now on license day 2007

I had to buy a dual friction centerforce clutch now. The 2004 gto clutch slips in 3,4,5 and 6 gear no. , which is weird i think, since the engine is a low milage and the nissan is a very light car compared to the gto

Thats weird. Let me know what you find please.

I was planning on using my stock gto clutch also since the motor only has 20k miles on it.

ok, ill see how it looks and take pictures. I also broke the plastic rod on the piston for the GTO master clutch pump. i might have mounted it a bit crooked, but its still a crappy part made of plastic. tempting to order the one everyone else use in the 240sx swap from summitracing.

yes. i didnt weld it myself though. it was tough to weld apparantley, 1 cm a time and you have to let i cool off. because it is cast iron, and then you knock on the weld while its cooling to expand it so it doesnt crack.

The wing is ugly. but it makes turbulence behind the car, which holds smoke behind the car, which is good thing.

i think you can use the clucth. i discovered that my clutch pump didnt release properly and was holding back pressure, the center force dual friction clutch im using now feels great though! and is fairly cheap.
