MAF wiring????

MAF wiring???? I want to move my MAF further then the wiring will allow me, if I cut the wires and extend them will this have any effect on the function of the MAF itself??? BTW i have a five wire MAF.

You can cut and extend the MAF wires without any problems as long as you make sure the connections are good. If you solder and shrink wrap the new sections of wire in you won`t have any problems.
