question for Edelbrock/msd carb conversion

question for Edelbrock/msd carb conversion to anyone who is already running the edelbrock #7118 manifold and msd ignition unit. (the msd unit that comes as part of the complete package with manifold).
does the msd ignition unit have an adjustable rev limiter? i have emailed MSD (twice without reply) and also edelbrock (also without an answer).
I understand the msd unit that comes with the package is a more basic version anyway that may not hook up to a laptop for adjustment of the ign curves, relying on the timing pills only, but i'd have thought it came with a rev limiter in place?
I'd also hoped that MSD would answer technical email questions but there you go!

You can now buy a couple different manifolds for the LS motors.. GM has at least one, Edlebrock makes 2. MSd makes several ignition units for the LS motors.

yes there is a lot of choices now,, when i put my s-10 together the only choice was the edelbrock kit, and wow did the prices go up, when i purchased my edelbrock intake/msd ign box kit it was only $490, now they want over $700

i've already ordered the kit you see, #7118 from edelbrock,but was unable to find out if rev limited.
its a fairly stock ls1 with a mild cam so hopefully will suffice for my needs, as its going in a lightweight car. i need to sort a rev limiter then by the look of it!

I have the MSD 6010 unit and it has two programmable rev limiters than can be operated by a switch, hi/lo. At least that is what I gathered from the instructions.
Unfortunately, I haven't actually messed with it yet since I am in engine jail with my builder. Two more engines to go and it's my 408's turn.
