"Ignition Switch - Connect Ignition Switch wire from LS1 harness to Plug E17, black with yellow stripe. Connecting here still retains clutch cutout switch.
(Steve – This plug is in the engine bay. Don’t run this wire into the cabin like the RX7)"
I'm not using the clutch kill switch so should i still hook it up the same way or hwo should i do that?

you would then go beyond the clutch interlock relay. there should be a black and yellow wire off it going to the ignition. take that wire off the relay and connect to the ignition switch wire from the ls1 harness. that will get you pass the clutch interlock switch.

as far as the clutch switch. i did nothing for it. changed nothing or hooked up nothing. driving 6 months fine. ls1 is basic. 5 ign, 1 hot, 1 grnd, 1 starter, 1 fuel pump, turn key, it runs. but like you said. the other guys have posted alot info to do i real nice job. wish i had that diagram for the f3 plug back in aug/sept of 06.

just want to check a few things b4 i connect any of the 12v power up.
first this
"Ignition Switch - Connect Ignition Switch wire from LS1 harness to Plug E17, black with yellow stripe. Connecting here still retains clutch cutout switch."
so this one you want to connect the Pink (ls1) wires to the black/yellow stripe this plug is in the engine. which one though there is 2 black/yellow wires on that plug a fat one and a smaller one...
Starter - Connect heavy purple wire goes to the starter solenoid terminal.
this one confuses me... heavy purple wire (ls1) connects to the solenoid terminal on the starter and then the other end connects where?
whats left on the f3 plug
12v constant (red)
12v switched (black/red stripe)
[B]whats left on ls1[B]
purple starter wire
orange power wire
5 pink wires (ignition)
if you can be of any help thank you soo much.

highly doubt they would be willing to give information out. since they charge $$$ for it.
I'm thinking orange (ls1) wire to 12v constant (red) on f3 plug
the other 2 im still not too sure on.

after looking at it more do e17 plug (i believe) in the engine bay under the fuse box black/yellow stripe do the same thing as red/black on the f3 plug. both are ignition on wires. so tap the purple starter wire and the pink wires into this or either one doesn't matter? someone confirm this?
update: few hours later
after talking to datboibrad for a bit. I realized my starter wire has 2 ends on it one ring end and then one male plug end. both go back to a smaller purple wire that runs to the PCM. (this is a 2000)
then run the pink (ls1) wires to the yellow black wire under the fuse box.
