looking to swap
He was asking $4600. so its less, but not alot, enough to cover a basic retune and harness work.
What do yall think?
Edit, nevermind went ahead and got it,
Think i have everything squared away, except the fuel system. Leaving it stock, plan on picking up a 02 fuel pump and sender unit. Any advice on the fuel system is greatly appriciated, everyone ends up with a different set up so.... throw out idea's please. thanks.

PM me an email adress and I will send you the fluid hookup information from our Camaro. It doesn't post well, but I have it in a word doc and an excell spreadsheet I can send you. Some of it may help you out. Oh, and I don't feel you paid to much for a low milage 02. Remember you already have the LS6 intake with that setup, so you are $500 ahead right there.
Looking at your new post, go to our fquick and you will see some pics of the rad. I am thinking that with the angled filler neck, we may have soem trouble, but it was easy to mount, and it works good so far. We will know about hood clearance issue on Sunday..

I have different wheels on it now, Their not real american racing rims but look the same, got them all cleaned up and polished. Not bad for $300 all together in the wheels.

Its soooooooo pretty. It was an 18 hour round trip to pick it up but it was worth it.
Til then we need to figure out the fuel system and buy all the parts for that. I think Im gonna use scooter's method of doing it.
What in-line pump is recommended for this, anyone know the stock psi and volume of the stock ls1 pump?
Fuel systems are greek to me. What the hell is an AN fitting and how does it differ from stock stuff?
What kind of fuel lines did 02 trans am's run? plastic? steel?
Does Russal make a fitting to mount to the stock fuel rail?
Thanks for anyone who reads this! Things are getting exciting.
you can remove the solenoid on the left and the hose to the Intake. Cap the barb on the intake. The AIR stuff (big round vacuum can on the right of the picture) and all its tubes. The little thing by the fuel connection can go away as well. This cleans up a lot of crap. The PCM will need to have the emmisions stuff removed. THis is the AIR system and the EVAP stuff. If you decide to keep evap, you need to retain the solenoid and hoses on the right side.
Stock fuel pump volume and psi (May be in the service manual I should have tomarrow)
Info on Russle's fittings (if they make connections to go right to the fuel rail)
Unless we can modify the stock pump to work in my tank, we are going to use an inline setup. Not a problem as I got the stock pump free of charge.
Once we have the fuel system lined up and maybe even purchased, we should Have the mounts and pan back, and the harness. So the old engine will come out at that point, and the new one in.
Then its on to the drive shaft.

Anyone shed some light on this? Seems to me I've seen people use some fitting, so some makes one.
