Ls1/chevelle Turbo mount question.
It looks decent for 2000.00, my question is i know its hard just looking at it through pics but what problems do you guys think i will run into mounting it? The listing says no returns so if it dosent work i will be stuck with it.

are good options, the master power unit being lower priced.
Forced Inductions sponsor here has really good prices on turbos-->
stock motor will support 550 bhp with a correct tune.
5 psi is a safe starting point, ls6 cam is also common choice
for entry level turbo and hi psi engines

38mm or 50mm will work fine with either turbo,
larger turbos need 50mm or larger, bov depends on what sound
u want, swoosh or bird sound, i prefer a recirculation valve or diverter
valve on under 10 psi builds and manual trans.
diverter valve is plumbed back into intake tract, when throttle plate closes pressure is recirculated back into the tract, i prefer to plumb it back in to the incooler inlet.

and covers most all basic turbo tech and fabricating advice, engine building
advice and component selection, thats the only book that i can think of that
has a vast aray of information about turbocharger math and fabrication
and parts information. u should read it thru before u continue on and begin
fabricating, so it save costly mistakes. explains, wastegates, lag, fueling,
tuning, etc.
i highly recommend this book, i can honestly say i learned
alot about turbos and fabricating from this book and i have been fabricating
turbo systems since like 98' . my family owns a large diesel repair shop,
so the turbos have alsways been around my cars.
If you look me up, I have posted a ton of info and pics that might help.
