2002 LQ4 harness on a 05 LS2

I need to find a harness for an 05 GTO LS2 motor with a 4L80E tranny. I have a e-40 computer from the GTO and a 411 computer from a 99 sierra.

I've understood that the e-40 will not control the 4L80E tranny so I got a 411 PCM now I'm trying to find a harness to start with. I'd like to do my own harness mods and PCM flash.

How close are the LQ4 harness matched to the LS2 motor?

BTW, I will be using a cable driven TB.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
