in pic #2 the thing in the back is some kinda air box. mines cracked. so it aint real important. thing in the front, does it run to the front of the airbox? hard to see in the pic. if it does mine runs to the intake manifold just behind the throttle body. may have come undone.
on the first page, your first post, it looks like it is the hose going to the throttle body.

for pic number 3, kouki's actually have 3 fuel lines
feed, return and a vapor line that runs to a box next to the tank at the back of the car
i ALWAYS get my return and vapor line mixed up and wind up dumping fuel out of the back of the car when i swap hahaha. thankfully that **** is all gone now

but the vapor runs up the firewall, kicks over to the driver side, then runs to the front where the canister is. the 2 that stays on the pass side is fuel and return. so i thought anyways. i could be wrong. wont be the first time.

No need to connect that vapor deal. All it does it go to the back to the little box next to the tire well on passenger side:
In the pic, the first wire is for the Alternator for sure. The 2nd item looks like the EGR valve thingy that KA's have.
Excellent project. If I only did more reasearch to start before I did mine...an LSx engine would do great on the roadcourse with all of that torque!

More pics finished up my passenger side manifold and my mounting my radiator today.
do i have to hook that little line up?
the threads on the the High pressure line ls1 to 240sx 16x1.5mm at the pump and 14x1.5mm at the rack...

yeah. use it to burp your heads thoroughly first.
i highly recommend using the steam vent return line.
old muscle car builders put them on their engines, so chevy engineers put them in from the factory, but now everyone wants to take them out. You can have NO PROBLEMS with a vent return line connected or MANY PROBLEMS (or at least the great possibility) by capping it off.

Just a note, make sure the vapor line from the fuel tank is venting to the atomsphere. You can trace it from the fuel tank down to the charcoal canister. If you don't do this you'll have extreme pressure build up in your gas tank which will eventually blow a fuel line (happened to me).

on my ls1, the steam vent lines connect under the manifold and purge to a nipple on the drivers side of the throttle body.

go with stance coilovers.... these things are great. good price too from 1100 to 1300 depending on the model unless u want the GR+3 with external reservoirs.. those are a lil more expensive. but i highly recommend stance coilovers over kts and megan. i was lookin into the max ones but after hearing so many good things about these and the max ones being new i went with these and glad i did
