LS7 is alive
I don't know where the 530rwhp number comes from, but...
It made 500rwhp with 19* total timing. We left a little bit on the table with that timing as I'm now running 25*, and I'm sure the 9" rear ate up a bit of power as well. The car was also totally brand new when it was dyno'd... brand new rear end, new trans, etc.
Maybe that's why it didn't make the number you were expecting?
It would be interesting to put it back on the dyno now and see if it picked up a little bit.
I couldn't be happier with the car regardless of 500 or 530rwhp.
But to be honest with you, I don't know why I even have a radio in the car, I rarely ever turn it on.

I've changed a few things since I last made an update in this thread, the biggest of which was a new DSE subframe. Might as well post some pics.
I dropped the old Wayne Due subframe out of the car, complete with the motor and transmission, and suspension. I felt it was the easiest and safest (for the car) way to do it in my garage with the car completely finished.

I got the new DSE subframe painted and assembled and ready to go.

Once the DSE subframe was assembled and I got the motor, trans, brakes, brake lines, PS lines, etc, made and installed, I rolled the complete sub under the car using snowmobile dollies. I used my engine hoist to pull it up into the car. Worked great with zero issues. I think I had about 50 hours into the swap.

Back on the ground, just needed to set ride height and get it aligned.
The garage looks as good as the car... Did you get a new house or remodel your garage?
I finally finished off my existing shop. I had built it in 2001 but never finished it off as I focused all my time and energy on the car. I totally gutted it and started from scratch, added soffit storage with recessed task lighting, all new main lighting, sheetrock, epoxy, cabinets, etc.
