Default LS2 power steering lines

I have an LS2 going into a 68 camaro, I have a fast ratio steering box out of a 87 IROC. What are my options for power steering lines?

You can use something like SS braided hose, but it must be rated for the pressure. Russell has teflon lined hose that is rated for this. They also have matching AN fittings and adapters (if needed) as do other manufactors. This way you can custom make your lines to match up with what you need.

You will need a 16mm O-Ring to AN adapter for the High side pump, which most of the AN Fitting manuafors make. And then just get the correct AN Elbow as needed.

For the low, you can use normal Power steering rated hose and clamp or use the SS and AN fittings too.

Just did this today. Bought a new hi-pressure hose for a 99 z/28(rockauto 20 bucks?)took it to a shop that makes hi pressure hoses etc. He cut the end off that goes to box. Was to short and the pipe was bent the opposite way. Made a new fitting for the end. Took a bout 20min. Came out really nice if you need a pic. let me know I have to work Wed. Maybe I can get it to you Thurs. ls1 going into a 69 Camaro with an 87 Iroc box. For the return I went to napa and got a metric return line about 6in. long

Send me your e-mail address, and I will send you a drawing for how we did ours in the 67. You just need some high pressure line, stainless adapters, and patience. Check our cost spreadsheet for what it cost to make the lines, and the part numbers. Also, do not do like we did on the return line, we used the teflon high pressure stuff on ours, and it was a bitch to get onto the return barb. Use regular -6an braided hose for the return.

I would like to see a picture of your setup if you get a chance.
