Default Lt1 Blew Up! Installing Ls1!

So yah pretty much just as the title says! I have a 95 formula with 160,000 miles on it and pretty much the motor is done on it! I would like to do the conversion to the LS1. The way i understand it, is its better too have a whole LS1 car, so that everything can be swapped. Also a K-member is need, thats pretty much straight foward the only problem i see in it all is wiring it all up together. I've read some where you can get a Painless wiring harness too make it all easy, but what does something like that go for? Another thing with the K-member can you still use the factory control arms? Just for cost purposes and plus mine are already new on the car..lol! I really wanna do the swap, putting the LT1 back in it isn't really worth the time and money. Any helpful hints or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

the wiring harness will run you around 500-ish from speartech....

however, if you follow my little...guide...you should have all the info there that you need...
