More Pics of Ls1 240
417 - How does the powerglide fit under the tunnel of the S14? I had to do alot of pounding on my tunnel to clear a T-56, are the glide dimensions smaller? I'm opting for a TH400 when I get a GT47R on mine.
Well as low and far back as i have the motor sitting in the car it fits REALLY good. i can literally have the trans on the floor out of the car in 15-20 mins.

I would like to hear your opinion on why this is? I think a few guys on here will beg to differ
The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
great work blake im a import fan to the end but great work is great work no matter what
On a side note, i didn't think that import board was all that bad. There's always a few morons. Just like one guy on there said, "the LS1 people are probably saying what a waste of a good engine!"
Great job, man. Looks sooo killer.
oh yea and i also drive a 240. so yea. let me go hop in my "civic" BRAH. right back at ya. and what would you know about drifting? all you can do now is go straight.

and to elaborate a lil bit,
since you asked,
240s have great balance, they are cheap sports cars with 50/50 balance. its a perfect car for drift/ road race. of course the work done is astonishing by proportions but it that just question "why" pops up.
like i said to each its own. just hurts my heart to see another all "drag" 240. just going straight ruins that car. but thats my opinion. i used to drag before i got into drifting pretty hardcore 2 years ago and im never going back, just dont see a challenge as a driver. its just plainly boring after a while.
but there are people out there who like to drag and thats fine. i just said my opinion.
everyone has their own flavor. i didnt say that the car was ****, it took a great deal of work. just not setup for what I like. to me its no different than going rb26 and then doing big single turbo... just not fun for me

yep i guess to each his own because i have no interest at all in drifting.......
I know myself and quite a few others think the sliding is cool but for the most part its
I said that because its my opinion and im entitled to it.....We can go around and round in circles with this.....
Lets try and keep it on topic for the thread starter who posted this for those who enjoy it.
Kyle
I've dealt with purist like that since the day I started my car. We already understand, Its not "JDM tyte yo" we dont care, we've heard it over and over. Its HIS thread, so leave your negative comments out of it. When you decide to post your own thread on another forum, believe me, we wont waste the time to flame you and your car

Being done with that, can you tell us the specs of the motor and what you plan on running?
