99 pcm with 05 harness---NOT When I bought the doner truck for my LSX swap the pcm was toast so the guy gave me a pcm from a 99 vette. The guy who reprogramed the pcm was able to make it work but it's not working with the harness. The 20 pin connectors don't match.
The pcm has 2 slots labeled blue and red respectively. The 05 truck harness has a blue and "green" connector. The blue matches fine but the green is sloted differently and will not fit.
Am I screwed?
The doner is a 5.3 from a silverado. Engine and auto tranny.

You can trim the tabs off of the green pieces to make them fit, but you O2 sensors will not work right. The wiring for the grounds on the )2's will need to be taken out of the computer and put straight to ground.
