67 Chevy II Exhaust
Your setup looks good. Short of making up your own set of header this looks like the way to go. Do you any pictures of your interior that you could share. I see in your sig you are using 95 GP seats and wonder how they fit the Nova. I have a 64 that I'm currently working on and need seats.

They do fit well, my opinion, with the headrest not to high. I did need to put in new mounting holes and reinforcements for the seats.

I think an LS-7 exhaust manifold setup may also be a good way to go for a big cubic inch engine but I'm not sure where they would dump out around the motor mounts. You may be able to bolt on some C-6 Z06 exhaust pipes to the stock manifolds and cut them off after they make the turn to the rear of the car. I'll have to look under my hood later today to see if that's workable. The stock Z manifolds are said to flow very well for what they are and you should be able to pick up some take-offs at a really good price.

Do you know of any off the shelf headers that will fit a 64 Nova with an aftermarket clip? Chris at Chassicworks might make a set.

Hedman block hugger shorties fit mine almost perfectly. Another member on here in Chicago has a line on long tubes made for a TCI clip that you can get for $650 or so coated. Let me know if you want pictures of my shorties or the name of the guy for long tubes.

I was wondering if you could use the fenderwell headers in a stock front clip chevy II, by cutting the flanges off and some of the primarys, getting a set of LS flanges and making a new set of primarys for the new flange. It would be an easy solution if you wanted to run fenderwells.
