The horror...the horror..... Well, I got my car back from the shop as a shell of its former self. Here's what it looked like before, a twin turbo 383 Datsun:
Unfortunately, the rings never seated right and the engine smoke a lot. It couldn't pass emissions
. I took it in to the shop because I didn't have the time to work on it. Then, after seeing how much power my LS7 Mazda make without blowers, I decided to go in a simpler direction
. I decided to take it back home. Here it is:
It's gonna get one of these:
Not that exact engine. That's an LS2 that's going into my Hummer H3 (that's right, I'm putting a Corvette engine in the vehicle with the highest ground clearance of all time-not a great idea, but at this point in my life, I have more money than brain cells). I'll put a 427 LSx in the Z, only with slightly lower compression in case I want to blow it.

The H3/LS2 should be an easy swap now that they released the Alpha! Factory mounts, oil pan, and exhaust manifolds, the harness might even work with a couple of mods. (coil and injector conectors)

As for adopting u all, I'm a rotten dad because I'm at work all the time. I'd put you all to work on my cars and give you breadcrumbs.
As far as the H3 Alpha, yeah I was glad to see it come out. It was still too anemic (not much faster than the inline 5). Lotsa parts for the conversion though.

You can't buy people off here unfortunately, not like N. Carolina (I assume that's where you are at). I lived there for a decade and it's amazing what you can get away with if you know the right people.

I am a plastic surgeon. I increase the breast volume in the universe. Every augmentation I do can translate into more car parts. Working on cars and women's breasts has similar principles: "There's no replacement for displacement"
You are my new hero. Do alot of ugly women get breast implants? What your youngest patient? haha I just watched the South Park episode where Wendy gets implants always wondered if there were some age limit.
