Exhaust manifold sticky?
It's place should be in the FAQ / Hall of Fame thread that has a bunch of useful info
Exhaust manifolds, oilpans, and front accessory drives are the biggest things to know what's available, since they're stuff that causes swaps to not fit.

Ive gone through so many threads my eyes are bugging out. LOL's. Found several things on performance headers but most of them are a little vague. (not sure if I spelled that right). LOL's.
I dont have a tig welder...so really...a home fab is kind of out of the question. I suppose I could mig some steels and have them coated but I was hoping someone knew of something. Not too many people close to here with a LS1 set up.
In the near future I'll be swapping cam for something with 106 degree LSA. Like the thump. Maybe some CNC ported heads (maybe). And want to add some shine so I'll probably add a polished intake. Hence.....the long tube headers. Really want the flow.

They look like they might flow decent.
that's been another issue using ls(x) manifolds I had to make mine from scratch using 3/8" steel plates. and using the factory gaskets to trace out the shape.
But on the same note....I'm concidering another route. Just made a tread...."Thoughts of turbo charging". That may eliminate a couple problems.
