good call. the reverse on my was so terrible due to that crap. When it was removed the reverse becomes very easy to shift and what else comes with that.

I really don't see the purpose for the CAGS....If I want to shift from 1st to 4th I can do that on my own. I'd be afraid to remove that reverse lockout though :/
