On 98 and up F-body are the v6 steering columns different then the v8's?

I personally haven't looked but I can't imagine why they would be different.

All I can say is the 2001 fbody(v8) column I put in my 73 camaro appears to be the same as the column in my 94 firebird(v6).Only thing I would think that would differ is the wiring,depending on options,and of course if they are tilt or not.
