Then you'll need one of these as well...
What a difference some fresh paint and a tune up makes...
David will fill it up tomorrow and see how much room our spares and tools up. Then... the moment of truth... the test drive!

but as time gets tight - the car hits the highway Saturday - small things are sure to crop up. Lesson learned - the new hubs aren't a direct replacement for the stockers in the ATS spindles. ATS had altered the hubs to use a stud with a nut on it and the material thickness of the SKF hubs is slightly different and the swap isn'r as straight forward as you would hope...
David took a shot at increasing the clearance but there are still issues...
...so we'll have to set these aside for now and change them out after the race. I've got a spare set of ATS spindles in the garage so I'll pop a hub out and we'll bring it with us as a spare instead.

Did the center console on page 16 come from the Marquez Bro's. as well? It looks pretty sharp. I didn't see it on their site. If so, how does it mate up to to the bottom of the dash? Would it mate up relatively flush to a stock dash setup?
edit: Never mind - found that it's from a 71 Camaro.

They were working on a 'glass version of the 2nd gen console - you could call Marquez and ask if they've done so. The lower portion of the dash was designed to match up with the console so it is a direct and exact fit. I'm sure you could try to do womething with a stock dash but it would be about 6" further forward (making shifter placement questionable) and wouldn't line up with much precision.

I went from a msd to a megasquirt. I dont get why these companies wanna screw you on the software to tune there pcm an then when you ask for tuning advice "oh we dont recommend any timing etc"
