Is there a height difference between the short wide and the tall narrow then the motor half the frame half are togther.
cool, there is no height difference between the tall/narrow or short wide mounts, thank Stealth71 for that info.......i chose to use the tall/narrow becuase there is more isolating rubber in that mount setup than the short/wide mounts

Just got my t56 friday and worked on setting the pair into the chevelle. I was wondering if a cts pan would work. Would it give a little more room between the firewall and engine I want to leave the heater core in also to service the transmission, or will it hit the steering box. The F body pan makes it pretty tight to set in.

oange, I see you smoothed your firewall what are you doing for heat and ac if anything. Also do you have any measurements of hole you cut out in the firewall and trans tunnel

i dont have any experience with the CTS pan, sorry

will eventually use a Hot Rod Air setup for heat/air, but that will be later on down the road...didnt take any measurements,just took my time..cut,check fit,cut,check fit etc....

Can you go into detail on the front accessory you went with..did you go with oem gm or aftermarket thanks
