Not sure of the exact color name, but it is the same blue off of the dodge viper.

Video from the road course.

It's only 1 lap, not a fast lap, but cool anyway. The speedometer is in MPH, at 12 o'clock is 80mph and the fastest it reads in this lap (at the end on the front straight) is 120mph.
I was driving cautiously as it was a kind of shakedown day for the car. The Saleen guy came up to me in the pits later, looked under the hood, then looked at me and said "Oh..." (that explains it). His car 'was' the fast car there...

That was fricking cool! I loved how you ran down the Saleen, excellent!

Don't post anymore of that or I'll be taking the little tires off the front of my TA and adding sway bars...

The video is awesome! Any time a Chevy passes a Ford with such ease is a good day. I did notice you have to steer the **** out of it to get it to turn. Do you have a quick ratio box or is it the stock box. Your hand over hand at some points.

The steering box is a "quick" ratio box. Corner 3 is a full on hairpin corner. I'd like to get a new steering box, I think there is an aluminum one available, just haven't figured out the details yet. I'm also looking into getting a new cam for it as well, and a 4 link rear setup, etc etc...

Very nice job, looks like great fun! I bet you were grinning ear to ear the whole time! I realize the Saleen let you go but you caught him quicker than bad news so he really didn't have much choice.

Nice over steer after the pass by the way.

Very Cool....I love it after you clear the Mustang and make the first turn and get back into it....you can tell you were celebrating a little bit with a "pull away" romp of the throttle then the boost kicked in and your hands said the rest...lol.

Gotta love boost!!!

Awesome man!

A member was asking me about my hood latch...

Hood latch mod.

It's from pre-turbo, but I think you get the idea. I got the latch from a hot rod supply shop.

The rear tires were 275-35-18's. They are mostly smoke now... I'd like to do a 4 link and 315's back there but I like my interior. I have to do more research and see how much I'll have to modify my inner fenders to do that. If I can squeeze my rear interior plastic panels inward and narrow my rear seats a bit so that it still looks factory-ish then I'll do it. The 4 link has to be done regardless as I am struggling to get the car off of corners without getting wheel hop.

Ive done it, 315's with no hammer. I did relocate my shocks inward, but It can be done with correct offset, I maybe able to clear another 1" if I wanted cause im about maybe 1" 1/2 away from my leaf springs. Plus my tires are still in the fender wells Didnt even have to roll the lip

I sent them an email regarding that route. If I use their mini tubs I can put a 335 back there and they say I can stretch my stock inner plastic to fit. I'd have to narrow my seats though.

The real question now is will my 10 bolt be strong enough or do I go 12 bolt or 9 inch? I do have the big axles and a trutrac in my 10 bolt and it seems fine...
