sleeper When I pick up the car from blake I am dropping off a 40,000 mile original granada gold 4 door 66 nova. Car will have a ls1,6 spd,ported heads,cam,wet kit,12 bolt and a propane trailer hooked to the back to help ease the nos refillls. Maybe rear mount turbos????????????Taking donations

the whole "sleeper" thing is kinda just for us. anyone with anykind of sense would know that if a car like that is trying to race you, the outcome is going to be something dramatic. either youre going to beat the crap out of the old car or your going to get stomped on like acigarette butt. im thinking this is more like the second one.. and i wouldnt waste my time painting the intercooler because once you pop the hood you cant help but to notice the turbos.. but who really cares to hide that fine piece of car anyways...
Well... she went to the track yesterday.... and a slick track it was LOL
Keep in mind this car was built as a cruiser with occational trips to the track. The suspention under it is nothing fancy. Just leaf springs and cheap shocks
track temp 40 degrees and overcast...
right off the trailer it went 10.87 @127 on 8psi and pump gas
after a handful of other passes and shake down runs we turned it up to 12 psi and went 10.32 @134 After playin with the ram rates on the boost controller and getting the feel if things we put a few gallons of good gas in it and popped off a 10.16@141 on only a 1.66 60' and preceded to rip the tires off the rest of the way down the track LOL
all in all after 5 passes, picking up that much time and the owner starting to get the feel of the car.... there are def mid 9's in this cars future. And for it being a 6spd... Chad (the owner) is one hell of a driver! I cant wait to see a new clutch and a 2 step
Ill keep my eyes peeled for some vids flaoting around of it sunday at the track. 1320 vid should have a incar of the 10.16 pass

Wow! That thing is even more sleeper than W2W's green, twin supercharged (IIRC) Nova that was in GMHTP.

Looks too mean to be a sleeper, especially with the black wheels. Finish the bodywork, paint it a bland stock color, then put some 14's with stock caps on it if you want a "sleeper".
