It is one sweet ride.. but I agree that is no sleeper.. I'd expect big power from a car like that because it looks like its trying too hard to be a sleeper.

Keep in mind this car was built as a cruiser with occational trips to the track. The suspention under it is nothing fancy. Just leaf springs and cheap shocks

SLICK TRACK?! it was the car not the track...one of the local 4th gen camaros cut a 1.29 60 on 30" tall hoosier drag radials and went 9.99 @ 132 i believe on pump gas all motor with a carbed 454 lsx...slick my ***

I know he said the track was slick... But I would also take into account that its a simple suspension set up for the nova, no where near a drag set up. Cruising is mainly what it was built for.... If that camaro cut 1.2X's I'm pretty damn sure its set up.

A slick track for one set up can certainly be a sticky track for another, its all about the set up and what its primarily built for....

I better get out and work on my Nova swap, I'm falling behind haha...

Thats cool... i HIGHLY doubt that car makes close to the power this car does, and this cars also a 6spd.... lil harder to hook at haft trackwhen your bangin gears.

and if the track wasnt slick you wanna expalin TYDO's wagon runnin 9.40@172? every way but straight
