now that ive gotten ahold of a first gen... i'm not even sure if i wanna do an ls1 swap anymore!
did someone say 500+ cubes of ground pounding N/A power BBC style?
im beginning to think the president has an easy job- i mean, come on! look at the decisions we car guys have to make! :p

1968 Z28 Clone (in the sense that it has stripes, a 4 speed, a 302 (.030 over) and badges :p ) so its not at the point of no return yet

Re: now that ive gotten ahold of a first gen... Yup, I can say it easy. I have a 67 Camaro with a 540 BBC that on the engine dyno produced 834 hp NA. It has run a best of 10.31 @ 132mph so far and I still haven't used my NOS system capable of an additional 250hp. Oh, did I mention that it is registered and insured for my street cruises?
The best part is...I also have a 69 Camaro with a LS6 Z06 engine and a T56 6speed project going. Here is a link to the 69 and I have no idea how to post a picture of my 67 since it is not on any web page. Either way, you will enjoy your 1st Gen.
