Default 77 Camaro Gen III Swap: Power steering pulley hits steering box

We just got the 4.8/4L80-E combo into my 77 Camaro. We are using the BRP swap kit, and so far everything clears except the power steering pulley, which is just barely touching the steering box. Is there a smaller diameter pulley available, or is there another way around this problem?

This combo came out of a 2007 Express 3500 van.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

1996 Ford Econoline 351 is supposed to have a slightly smaller p/s pulley. I have not personally verified this, but have heard several accounts of this pulley working. This is the avenue I will be taking if I have the same problem

I thought about going with manual steering but the wife still has to drive the car, too!

As for the steering box, there's really no room to trim anything off it, as the part that's hitting the pulley is right at the end. There's simply no excess meat to remove.
