WIRING an ls1 into 240sx
i'm almost done with my ls1/t56 swap into a 1992 240sx coupe. i have searched and could not find anything that is ls1 and 240sx specific, i have heard that there are 8 wires that are needed to get the ls1 up and running in this chassis. i dont even know where to start with the wiring harness. If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated since this is the last thing holding me up other then exhaust.

post #1 and the attachments in post #13 for more wiring info. that will cover all the ls1 info you need to know.
sent you a old pm i had to give you a little help. but i didnt know about the F3 plug at the time of my swap so you can do it better then i did. but mine works great.
if you can find the pinout for the F3 plug on the s13 that you help you alot. i only have the s14 pinout.
BTW; the F3 plug is right by the 240sx stock puter location.

………B- dk green/white (AC clutch control) to pin 85 of clutch relay
………C- dk green (AC status monitor) to pin 30 of clutch relay
............G- pink (transmission/EVAP switched 12v 15amp power in)
………H- dk blue (high speed fan)
............J- dk green (cooling fan 1 relay control out)
...C101...grey 10 pin connector.
............B- pink (bank 2 ign/inj switched 12v 15amp power in)
............D- dk green w/ white stripe (fuel pump relay control out)
............E- pink w/ black stripe (switched 12v 15amp power for PCM in)
............G- orange (constant power for PCM 12v 50amp power in)
............H- black w/ white stripe (ground in)
...C102...
............A- purple (starter solenoid "start" power in)
...C105...black 8 pin connector.
............B- pink (trans/stop lamp/heated o2/MAF 12v 20amp power in)
............G- white (tach signal out)
The other two are located close together behind the firewall, inside the passenger compartment, on the other side of the firewall grommet.

............E- black w/ white stripe (ground in)
............G- brown (back-up lite switch switched 12v power in)
............H- lt green (back-up lite switch out to lites)
............K- dk green w/ white stripe (VSS signal 4000ppm out)
