It's the same water pump, only modified. We did a couple of 5.3 street rod projects this way because the owners didn't want the truck intake on their cars.

We pulled the upper hose nipple out of the pump, machined the F-body nipple boss, cut & re-bent the hose nipple, and pressed it into the newly machined boss on the front of the pump. The truck water pump pulley is unchanged and unmodified.

Then we added our relocation bracket.
