Default Holy Windstop Batman

I got a windstop off cajun on here(great deal thank man). Gotta tell ya I thought it might be a waste of money but he gave me such a great deal that I said what the hell I'll try it. All I can say is if you have a vert and drive it with the top down in the winter this is a mod for you. It was 50' the other night and I had the top down windows down and the windstop up. Had a very light jacket on and the heat on high on the legs setting. I was very comfortable even driving over 60mph. I decided to put the windows up doing 55mph and put the heat coming out the vents. I almost got burned out of the car. I had to turn it on low. All in all a great product. The fit with the metal is not the perfect but it holds. Some work on the drivers side will make it perfect. If your on the fence like I was hope this helps.

i use mine to sort of help with the air traveling over the back seats and give a little privacy for the nitrous bottle sitting between them. i admit i never put mine up, but it helps when it is and easily fits in the trunk if i have to stick a passenger in the back seats.

I keep the top down all the time except medium to heavy rain or temperature above 95F. Light rain and the top stays down. 80 miles round trip everyday. This morning was low 40's. At 90mph my hands start to get a little stiff. I might invest in one of these windstops.

^^^^^^^^ Exactly what he said except I don't have to drive 80 miles every day. Mid 40's, T shirt, Top and windows down. Only real drawback is my Firestones don't hook up at all well in those temperatures.

So how hard is it to remove and install? How much of the trunk does it swallow, I don't carry around the top cover or have used it, because with it, all the trunk space is gone....

Easier than reclining your seat, well almost. You just pull the two tabs in and pull it out.
There's really no reason to take it out unless you have passengers or cargo in the rear seats, which should be rare.
Measure from just behind the tops of the front seat belts to the top of the rear seat belts. Those are the four connecting points, should give ya an idea.
It covers the rear seats perfectly.

when you put it in the trunk, you can retain just about all of your trunk space and have it sitting on top of whatever you've got in there. folded up, its pretty flat.

Yeah from what I can tell it won't take up hardly any truck space folding up. I think it may be able to fit on the shelf in the trunk just not positive.

There ya go.

You can see the connecting points, behind the seat belts in front and on the belts in back.

Yeah, it is made to perfectly fill the gap between the boot and the seats.

no rash.
the only part to be concerned about is above the rear seat where it hooks onto the black rear seatbelt guides... but the part that hooks on is coated with rubber and seems to leave no marks.

With michigan summers you need one. I am getting the one from afterthoughts auto for my birthday. I'm glad everyone likes it. Looks great as well.
