Staging Lane
just over 26k on my CETA vert. Bought it with just under 19k on it 4 years ago August. I flew in to Flint, MI and took ownership in the airport parking lot and drove it home 11 hours (about 700 miles) to NJ. I do drive it frequently, just not very far. Mostly around town quick trips.

Picked up from my MIL in March 2014. She is the original owner. 2000 U11 Z28 A4/Vert. 119K miles. Last 5 or so years it has been a weekend car. My IS350 sits now and I drive this thing as much as I can!

Still some sweet low mileage beauties showing up. Nice to see!
Welcome to the convertibles section. It's slow here (with so few owners) but I personally always like to see photos and experiences with your rides. I'm sure others do too.

I hate to see all the fbodies for sale on this forum, 4th gens are now in the same category as 3rd gens it seems with this younger crowd, because its so easy to buy a brand new muscle car from the big three automakers. I guess its good and bad in so many ways.
It's interesting to have lived through the entire cycle of the original 60's muscle cars where they ranged from being highly popular at the beginning to not being able to give them away in the energy crisis 70's. The 80's started some appreciation once again and then the 90's and up brought them full circle. History is repeating with our cars right now where very few appreciate them for what they eventually will become. I'm in a select group of having loved these cars since the beginning, buying a 1996 Formula off the showroom floor in July of that year. Never been without an F-body for over 18 years now. If my current ride died, I'd get one of those sub 10,000 miles cars that come up for sale every so often, and yes, another 'vert. I love owning other cars but when push comes to shove, these are #1 for me.
