The pictures show the damaged seal (it's split and is sticking up in the picture). The seal screws in to the quarter panel below the trim piece that is the leading edge of the spoiler.

I have a replacement but before I just start taking out screws, can someone tell me how it goes in? An expolded view of how the trim/seal goes in would be great.

It's been a long time since I had that "wing" off, but if I recall correctly, you have to open the trunk to get at the screws. I forget if the piece just slides rearward for removal after that, or if there are more screws that must be accessed by placing the top in the 1/2 open position.

That rubber seal doesn't really have much function anyway. Rain will run right past it, into the well and out the bottom of the car.
