Default Tightening Convertible top

Anyone have any experience with this? Mine is a 2001 camaro. Top is in great shape but.. the bows are showing more than they used to and material isnt as tight. Also curious about any of the top dyes. Anyone use any with good results?

Your top looks fine in the photo but I know sometimes photos do not show the issue. I also like that Barracuda sitting next to yours.
Sounds like 'normal' aging. My original top is certainly not as tight as it once was and the wear is evident on the bows too. There is no 'flapping' at any speed at all so I'm fine with this aging process. When that sad time comes I'll certainly be getting a new top, not using a dye which will do nothing for the looseness. Tightening really can't be done unless you live in a really sunny dry state like AZ where you could probably soak the top several times over a few days and let it bake in the sun each time.
