This afternoon, I return to loving every minute I spend in slow moving traffic. Today is the day, I return to a Convertible. In 2012 I stored and then passed down my 97 W68 Convertible 1 of 253, and getting a 2013 RT Challenger.. since 2013 till several months ago it was my daily... great car, but not a Pontiac TA Convertible..
Today is the day I receive my 2002 TA Convertible Pewter on Ebony Leather with 25,700 original miles. Today is the day I stop driving a boring car, for my last 2 years of work in the pigging industry before I retire.. 60 years young now, 2 more years baby!
Yep, my breakdown from CompNine's database (link in sig) shows a total of 261 11U / Pewter T/A 'verts built in '02, subtract the 102 that were WS6s leaves 159. If you were to include the interior color and transmission, that number would be lower, however I only broke-out transmissions on the WS6s. A VIN check on CompNine may lead you to the finer numbers, but suffice it to say beyond exterior color and engine/transmission combo, no collector really cares if the car came equipped with a CD changer or not.
