Here's how I would do it. Go onto photobucket and look at your picture on the screen, assuming you uploaded it to photobucket. Now right click on your picture on the photobucket screen and click properties. It should list a web address, copy and paste that in the lstech popup window shown above like I think you already did but with the incomplete address.
