How to wire 94-96 STYLE CONVERTIBLE SWITCH to a McCord cutout????
I've searched for the past two hours! There are plenty of write-ups for the 1997+ style switch but I can't find ANY for the 1994(don't think they made convertibles for 1993, could be wrong)-1996 style.
This style only has 4 prongs coming out of the back of it.
The cutout has a RED, GREEN, WHITE, and BLACK wire coming from it.
I am pretty sure the WHITE gets grounded and the switch needs power and ground but I have no clue what to hook up.
Does ANYONE have ANY experience with this older style switch? Thanks!

Thanks but we did that already. He just has the instructions for the 97+ switch.
We figured it out though, bascially you just send a ground, positive feed and the two wires off the cutout to it.
We played with the order untill up was open and down was closed.
The reason we couldn't figure it out at first was because our attempts to wire it were futile due to a shorted wire !
All good now though, thanks guys!
