Paddle Part #?
I cant describe it any other way than the lever that you use to secure the convertible top when it isnt down. 
The latch assembly is part number 10284234. GM LIST: $287.04 GMDirect: $169.35 I'm pretty sure that includes all the parts shown (for that price, it better!), except maybe the rubber pad #57 which only costs about $4.

#52 Spring doesn't have a part number... it's part of #7 assembly.
You may have to fabricate something or search Home Depot(?)
#54 Push Button is year/color dependent. For 00-02 it's 10431844.
