Vert 1/4 ???? what does a bone stock 1998 Trans AM A4 vert run?? I know my 99 with a SLP cat-back with a 6-speed ran 13.0@110.....what does your average 98 vert run?? He has plans for a Yank 3500 converter, 3.73's and full exhaust, with a little hit of N20......what should it run before and after the mods NA?? I am guessing 13.6-13.7@103mph bone stock....with the full bolt-ons with Nitto DR's NA hoping somewere in the 12's...on the gas somewere in the low 12's-high 11's.......If it spins, I have some weld draglights with Dr's on them.....what do yall think??

i ran 13.5@105 stock i would easily be a 12.7 range car right now if i had removed some tq management when i had my tune. but my car boggs off the line with my ET streets. i also woud be traping in the 110 mph range now. with my current setup. since when i ran it was 97 degree outside and 80% humidity.
i will guess 13.4 to 13.6 stock if he knows how to launch it. airlid, exhaust, headers and a stall should be the first things he gets. but make sure his trans is looked over before geting stall. their is no point in making a sick car fast. esp if the transmission isnt in good shape.

thanks guys...I already have some 15in BFG's 275-50-15 DR's to put on it......My dad has bracket raced his whole life...So saying with a good driver, it should run mid13's all day?? He doesn't want anything special...just a mid 12 sec bolt-on car....then with a little nitrous, run 11's....

3500 stall, 3.73s, headers & catback should run low to mid 12s depending upon the tire and the weather. 3.73s don't add a lot. I'd leave the rear alone if he has 3.23s and put the money intp a UD pulley and a set of nittos.
