hello, i went with bmr weld in i think $250 plus $125 welding fee. before sfc if i hit a bump the car had kind of a roll / wabble which is gone with connectors. worth it! plus over time twisting can cause ripple / dents in rear right quarter panel. just my 2 cents, goodluck

Default Sub Frame Connectors

Yep, they will stiffen the chassis a VERY tiny amount & so will a shock tower brace, all at the expense of a smooth ride. Weight~expense~bouncy ride. Leave it stock & you'll be happier~richer~lighter~faster, all this & a smoother ride too .
