Any of our cars can benefit from SFCs. Yes they will add weight and yes it might slow your car down by an insignificant ammount. You will never be able to tell though, probably not even at the strip. What you will be able to tell though is how much better your car handles.

I don't think you need to worry yourself with the lightless of your subframe connector, as it is there to stiffen the frame & do away with alot of twisting & flex. Just get you a good set ( weld in or bolt in ). I went with BMR weld in.

As of right now isn't BMR the only company that makes them?

Remember to go with 3 point SFC's, not 2 point. 2 point is almost as good, but you might as well put the 3 point in while you're down there.

Don't forget to consider a Shock Tower Brace. I'll help stiffen up the front.

i also asked him about a panhard bar
The SFC's are either Red or Black Powder Coat finish and the PHB is Black.

Both are easy to install and the car does not even have to leave the ground.

The PHB is Double-Adjustable, that is to say its length can be adjustable after it is
bolted to the the car. It has a QA1 Spherical Rod End and 4-Link Adjuster on one end and
a pre-greasedPolyurethane Bushing with grease fitting on the other. No picture but I can get
one later today if need be. It's a new product and some of the guys on the Chirpthird Board have
one so if you need testimonials they can provide them.

See attached Picture of the SFC's
i sent him a message to let him know i wanted to post this information on ls1tech. i'll update this if he requests it.
