Vert With Turbo/s any one here using one of those STS, turbochargedpower.com or any other turbo kits on your vert? i like the sts rear mount idea but the guy from turbochargedpower.com promises 11's at 600 hp. sts promises -1 sec.
cablebandit is running 9s or better with a good turbo set-up. The STS kit is a pretty nice way to make upto 500 RWHP for a street car. If I were looking for 600+, I'd look at twins.

Mentioned thanks for all the inputs. maybe i should have mentioned that i'm looking to buy a kit in 9 months time. i want to do my homework before i buy. i need to keep it on pump gas, street worthy, without having to upgrade internals. but able to have some left over when i finally do upgrade internals.

I've actually never been to the 1/4 mile track
...so I have no idea what I run. I did however run a pathetic 8.7 at 89mph at the 1/8th. Traction was an issue, so was lag in 1st gear. That was before I wrapped the exhaust, so, I could very well be at a mid 8 now...even though that's still pathetic.I have stock clutch, which is holding up well for close to 500hp and tq. I also have the stock 10 bolt and street radials on a M6. As you can see, my car is nowhere near a setup for drag racing. That's not what I was going for when I dropped $$ into the setup. I was looking for a street monster, which in theory is what I got. Grrrrrrrr.
I like it with the vert...sounds good IMO, and when the top is down, it's hard to miss the
A-Pillar. I get a double take from people driving by ALLLL the time. I've also had teenagers bow down and worship my car when they didn't think I was looking...no kidding.
