Weighed my 1996 TA vert...looks wrong

I was at the track last week (Lebanon Valley in NY) and I put my car on the scale. It's a 1996 vert, auto, all stock. It had a full tank of gas.

Scale said 3400 without me and 3585 with me. Is it just me or is that way light?

thats real light, my z28 weighs in at 3540 w/me and a 1/4 tank of gas and a fully optioned ride.

I weighed mine last week at New England Dragway in NH came in at a whopping 3730 with me in it, and about a quarter tank o gas!

I dont want to get personal, but how much do you weigh? I am trying to estimate what my car weighs. Our cars are similar. I have a few weight reducing mods though.

The scale around my way is screwed up. I weighed the car in at 3380, then did a lot more weight reduction and it came in at 3440. weird...

mine weighed 34xxlbs fully stock, it now weighs 3030lbs, lol. I would say your weight is right.

Damn , if that's true no wonder I can blow away new goats with manual or automatic . I've also out run several C5 Vette's . I just figured I had a ringer or maybe one of the last ones where all the parts came together with in specifications , kinda like a fluke from the factory, blueprinted by accident . It can happen . My first Chevy was like that . A brand new 1967 Chevelle SS 4-speed 396/350 HP. I out ran many a 396/375 HP Camaro~Chevelle & Nova with that car & that was bone stock with a 3.08 gear .
