I saw your other post in the appearance section...the car looks good. And i cant believe you got it for so cheap, I picked my car up three years ago for 5,800 and i thought that was the steal of the century but apparently i was wrong. well anyway keep up the good work, my car went through a similar transformation over the years and it was definately worth the time and effort.

Thanks and yea in the end it will all pay off.
I honestly dont think I will ever sell it so I plan on spending alot over the years and even with the initial investment I could probably break even or only be out very little overall.

Looks good man your mod list is simular to what I have planed for mine. Longmont ford is also were I picked my car up seems like a good find for Verts lol.

wow great work..i also got a great deal..traded a 98 npi vert for my 99 cammed vert ...mines itsa a working progress ,,hopefully it comes along just like yours ..wat you do to the tan top? i need to buy one so lmk..or pm me

Nice post up some pictures of your progress as well. I love threads that show the transformation of these cars.
The Tan top literally fell apart when I took it off lol. It didnt look that bad but the stitches were so worn that they just ripped apart so I threw it all away.

I found my O.E chevy top on Ebay after searching for awhile so I got lucky but I hear awesome things about topsonline.

Nice vert.. I'm new to the forum but I just picked up a 2000 SS that the guy thought needed a motor.. Ended up being bad trans with 2 broken converter bolts paid $2500

Where could I find a good bolt on roll bar like that?
