All of mine are toast so I just got stock replacements from GM, I know I should of upgraded but I got a good deal on these. Anyways is it a pain in the *** to replace them or is it a fairly easy job? Thanks.

I assume your talking about rear since you posted this in the vert section...?
Fold down back seat, remove screws around seat belt upper mountng area, remove torx bolt for seat back catch, pull 1/4 panel trim away from body, swap out speaker, re assemble in reverse order. Drink cold beer.

If your talking about door speakers... don't try prying the speaker grill-guard with a screwdriver like i did. The sides popout just nice, but the top/lower tabs DON'T.. you need to remove the whole door panel. From then on, it's simple. (especially if you get the infinity 62.7i's) Door panel removal isn't all that tough either.
