Default Vert suspension guys come on in!

Ok I've decided that once my car is back together I am going to work on my suspension. Keep in mind car is not a daily driver so I'm not all that worried about a stiff ride. I want a good set up for mild track use that is streetable. My goal is to get my car "tight" since it is a vert and it's not quite as rigid as a hard top car. I'm no expert on suspension so but from searching I came up with the components I think I need:

1) Springs & Shocks
2) Sub-frame Connectors
3) Panhard Bar
4) Some sort of DS saftey loop or cross brace to make up for the factory one I'm removing for the ORY.

Could you please critique my set up? If you have specific brands that you like please throw that in there as well where you would recommend buying it from. Pics are great too!! Also, what components differ from hard top and t-top cars?

P.S. I know I could have put this in the suspension section but I'd rather hear it from fellow vert owners.

Don't race but I can only give you my set up my in state fbody brother:
When I got my car it was bone stock with those suckey deCarbon shocks, rode like a loose pig, squeeks, rattles, etc.

Added:
Bilstein HD shocks
hotparts.com panhard, lca's, stb
UMI bolt on sfc's
UMI panhard relo kit for extra clearance for when I run true duals

Night and Day difference over before, tight and quiet too.
IMHO best bang for the buck was bilsteins and umi sfc's, the rest helped but not as dramatic, IMHO.
Good Luck!

Do you have aftermarket springs? Are you going to the meet on the 17th?

When I went to moser 9" with alum. center section and 3:89 gear. I put in a steel driveshaft, BMR weld-in f/c's, BMR adj. torque arm, BMR center brace with loop, BMR adj. LCA's, and set the pinion angle at -2 1/2*. I ran the stock shocks, have just got competition engineering 3 way adj. drag shock. There are alot of better shocks out there, but these were given to me and free is good. Rear was centered when we installed it so I still have stock panhard. Anyway that is pretty much the way I went.

Negative on aftermarket, unsure on the 17th, may be out of town with work.

I have strano front and rear sway bars, double diamond subframe connectors, koni shocks, strano springs, UMI adjustable panhard rod, UMI poly poly tubular lower control ams, control arm relocation brackets, and a UMI adjustable torque arm. I have no complaints and the ride is nice!!
