Lowering springs?
But asking us if our springs sacrificed ride quality is tough, ride quality is a very subjective thing. What I think isn't bad, you might hate with a passion. I like cars that ride firm and that you can feel the road and what the car is doing.

Thanks man I appreicate it.
If you want to maintain good ride quality (on some roads better than stock) on lowering springs then you need quality shocks that can control the springs.
Search through the suspension forum and you will get a good idea of what I'm talking about.
To the original poster i'm running Strano's with Koni SA's. It is a great setup, but like said before you need a good shock to go with any lower spring to keep a decent ride quality. I actually think my car rides better now than it did stock. This is coming from a person who put 50k on stock shocks and a EIbach pro-kit on my 98 car so I know all about how ride quality will go down hill in a hurry with stock shocks and lower springs. Strano's are said to be around 1 1/2in of drop, but this is all realative to where the car was sitting stock. Looking at pictures of my vert in stock form compared to my 98 in stock form the vert looks like a 4x4. Obiviously my car dropped more than 1 1/2in, but it is not to low and in all honesty scrapping from time to time is just part of it with these cars. You just have to get used to it and use caution while driving.
