My old set up Cartek 415 aluminum block with a 6-speed went 10.71 at 131 in 85 degree heat this was in July 2002,I think it's the quickest time for a C5 to date,I'm looking to lower that time real soon.

I think Grand Bend Motorplex in Grand Bend, ONT is the winner .05 faster this year than Norwalk and hold the IHRA Nat PS record and is only 115 mile from me

Cartek had a c5 go 10.7 N/A. I beleive that is the current record. There is no one that I know of that is currently running a N/A stroker motor. I am sure that time can be beat today things have changed alot over the last year.

Hey Stealth, good to hear from you. That was our goaL to set a new record and the guys at Cartek give me what I needed to do it. I hear your getting a new n/a setup, maybe we can meet up some where for some match races. See Ya John.

The fastest Stock CID, stock bottom end, NA c5 is 10.80 @ 127... That won't be there for long though.. The cartek boys are back at it... I am predicting low 10.7s or high 10.6s from joe when he gets his tranny fixed, Brent is also likely to be in 10.7-6s when he gets his car back... and when piggy gets back in the game, expect some real low times...
