If you don't mind me asking, what do you expect to be paying monthly on an 08 z06?

I don't mind at all, but I haven't gotten the number from the bank yet

I usually just check it at bankrate.com

Thats easy to calculate.

On a 50k car. 50 x 2 = 100. Add a 0. ~$1000 per month (60 months)

I was waiting for someone to post these cars 2 of the sexiest zo6's I have seen. O and thats a pretty healthy price for a zo6, I have seen a couple for 43k,46k, and they have one close to me that is your color blue for 47k of course they were 06 and 07s but still, 58k yikes. I want one so bad but I just cant justify a house payment for a car.

Check with Nine Ball, he may have that info.

What color and options is your new car? $50k is a steal! that's just a few grand more than I paid for my C6 new.

Well I have two I'm looking at, and I can't really decide...both at JSB

car 1 - private owner, 2,300 miles. never beaten on. 1LZ package, aftermarket pioneer NAV (very nice), M2W exhaust mod, and clear bra on front/hood/sides. painted wheels. ~$52k

car 2 - dealership, 2,100 miles. old guy drove it, new vette every year type of deal, 2LZ,factory NAV, titanium colored seat inserts, chrome wheels. $54k - WONT budge

so for car 2 I would have to install a clear bra kit, so $500-1,000?

you will probably be looking at about 5-7k worth of wheels and tires.

I'll just enjoy the pictures

I can get my APS kit for that much

so whata you guys think about the two cars? Car 2 seems like a good deal, but I think it just has options I don't really need...i don't need heated seats on a car i'm driving summer only

I like the power seats and HUD in the 2Lz package plus the two tone seats are going to look real sweet with the JSB

My bad. :o You're right. I looked at the wrong line.
steering wheel radio controls is about the main gain since I don't think the Blose sounds much better than the standard system.

I also believe the steering wheel controls were standard after 2007? I could be wrong

So what does everybody think of the car choices?

Car two seems like the better car, but what all is the difference between the 1LZ and 2LZ?

Actually I would go with Car #1. Clear bra is already installed, you've got the upgraded Nav and aftermarket exhaust. Plus, car #1 is cheaper by $2000 and only 200 miles more on the odometer. If you don't like the painted wheels just trade with someone or sell them. Or with the extra $2000 you save, buy a new set.

for the price difference i'd go number 2 just because of the options. Even if you don't use them it'll help if you resell later one BIG thing for me though with going for #1 is the bra. If the guy got it installed on it when it was new the paint will be better even if only slightly better then the other car. rock chips happen easily i'm doing a repaint on my car and will be putting the clear protection on after it's good and cured
