Default Dyno results on 02 Z06

I broke down and got new heads for the car and a few other things. These are the results. All of my work is done at RPM in Garner NC.



mods:
PRC 215's (60cc's)
PRC .660" springs
TSP TQ3 (231/234 643/598 111)
TSP 7.500 pushrods
Cometic Gaskets
Powerbond U/D Pulley
Racetronix 37# injectors

Very nice !! You are only an EWP away from getting closer to the magical 500 rwhp, and also improving your gas mileage when in cruise mode. Great job !!

What's the compression on your motor ?

very nice. You should be able to knock a half second off your ET in good weather.

What rpm did they stop the pull at? Looks like a flat HP curve that could go for another 200 - 400 rpm

How well does that cam idle / run at low RPMs?

The idle is nice once its warmed up..but since the heads it seems to idle a lot better at startup. The car actually drives better now with the heads...and man its fun!!

Assuming the idle tune is basically ok, two things would that contribute to it idling better at start-up are a richer mixture and higher idle speed. You can always add back 50 rpm to your warm idle.

Very nice numbers for a stock CID. Jesus, I remember when the first 427s where being made and they barely hit those numbers.
