Default Finished my head swap today.
I just wrapped up my 5.3l head swap, heres a couple of little videos. Im happy with how it turned out. No leaks, no valve train noise etc. Next, N20 and vararam. New times coming in spring.

Yeah, my friend said I sound like a douche bag. You got to understand how happy I am that my install came out flawless! Anywhere around 410 ish would be ok with me. My wife just asked me if your avatar was a picture of me.

I am not that big anymore. LOL. A few injuries, and too much going on has kept me from hitting the gym like I want. Its also hard to stay on my boring *** high protein diet. Couple that with no sleep and its almost a waste of time to train. I was 260+ with about 8% bf. Tell your wife thanks for the compliment. Imagine that, 2 good looking muscle heads. LOL.
